hi, my flatmate and I are looking for a third person to fill a room which will become vacant in September. The time frame we for rental is October - end of June. We are both 28 yr old female students at an art school in Florence and looking for a easy going tidy person to fill the space. Its a beautiful apartment in San Niccolo area. All rooms with big windows and double beds. 560 euros per month plus bills.
