The 40m2 apartment is located in front of the university in Viale Morgagni within Campus X.
375 € / month wifi included + max 20/25 € for the electricity bill. (Exclusive price as they have been rented for 2 years, otherwise the prices for those who sign a new contract are very different).
In the structure there is a free internal gym for residents, internal parking with gate, rooftop with barbecue area, various games (billiards, table tennis, table football, playstation)
Service available (€ 3 washing machine + € 2 laundry), tram stop at 150m and bus stop at 100m, pharmacy at 600m, Conad supermarket at 600m.
We are looking for a clean and respectful roommate, as we share the room and services. Pets are not allowed.
