Let's rent a flat together

Hi, my name is Marsel. I am coming to the University of Florence, Faculty of Economics for the fall semester 2018/2019 beginning from September, 2-nd year masters degree (hopefully later will extend the exchange for the spring semester too). Searching for the living space in Florence seems not an easy thing, relation between the price and offer is absolutely disbalansed. So if you are coming to study in Florence and planning to combine entertainment, studies and travelling, if you are clean, organized and enjoy being dumbass sometimes than lets try to find a private apartment for 3 or 4 and rent it together, i am sure it will be much easier than trying to find a room for yourself. Also if renting a flat we could negotiate over the price with the landlord and reduce living costs.
