I'm a 21 year old architecture student from Monterrey, Mexico. I'm looking for accommodation in Florence.

I am a very sociable and open-minded person. I am cheerful, tolerant and helpful. I'm looking for female roomates only. I do not have a problem with pets (I'm an animal lover) neither with smokers (I actually smoke, but not inside buildings). I like to cook, hear music and paint. I usually sleep late because of my school projects. I speak fluent spanish, english and a little bit of french. 

I'm looking for a social, neat and clean person, english or spanish language. I'm okay with any nationality, religion or sexual orientation. 

I basically can do any type of chores. From laundry, sweeping, mopping, cooking.

I will probably have visits during the semester (friends) and I will travel frequently. I'll be studying architecture in Lorenzo de Medici school. 

My priority is to have a great company, I'd rather live with someone less than 30 years, preferably student.
