I need a place to stay for second semester

I would like to share a flat with someone who speaks Italian to improve my language skills. Some place in the middle or fairly close to the middle of Firenze would be nice. I am not high-maintanince so my living needs are simple. I'm willing to live with one person, or a few... Whatever.
So, about me, sono studente d'arte, I work long hours at the studio, but I do enjoy relaxing at the home from time to time. I am fairly neat, and a pretty easy person to get along with.
