Born in Puerto Rico and Live in Miami, looking for renting a room in center of Florence.

I  born in Puerto Rico and living in the city of Miami, USA. Moving to Florence, Italy for a 1 year program in Interior Design at Florence Design Academy. Looking to rent a room with 1 roommate female studding some thing Design, Architecture in a secure area in the center of the city of Florence. The apartment should have calefaction and air conditioning (optional), hot water, a lot of natural light, a separate room a private bathroom with furniture preferred. 

I will need the floor number (to understand the steps or elevator) and pictures, specially from the bathroom and room.
