36 year old professional fine artist looking for accommodation

Hi all. I am a 36 year old professional artist. I make digital art, 3d paper sculptures and airbrush art. Been doing that for the past 12 years, with great sucess. I am originally Dutch, but have been living in Scotland for the past 3 years. I am currently also living in a shared student flat here in dundee, Scotland.

I would love to move to Italy, Florence, permanently.

I'm a calm and laid back guy, i don't have pets. I speak fluently Dutch and English, but not Italian (yet hehe). I am looking for a place to live for at least a full year. My aim is to move over Juli 1st this year. the room/flat doesn't have to be big, as long as it has a bed. I have a huge artcollection that i will bring along. So if you know a room for 400euros or under, or have one, and wouldn't mind sharing it with an artist, feel free to contact me.
