24 year old female student. looking for accommodation in Florence

I am moving to Florence on 20th October 2015. I will be studying MA in Interior Design in FDA.
Please let me find an accommodation near FDA.
I am looking for self catering, homely environment type of stay.
My preference :
1. Max rent I can pay is 400PM(cheaper the better)
2. Female roommates only
3. I am vegetarian (but I dont mind if roommates are nonvegetarian, as long as they don't cook nonveg at home)
4. It will be helpful, if rent includes all the bills.
