22 year old girl looking for flatmate/accommodation in Florence

I'm going to be in Florence for one year to earn a master's degree in Museum Studies. I don't have any accommodations set up yet, but I think it might be easier to look with a roommate (or if you already have one, I'm free). 

I've lived with roommates, both boys and girls, for the past four years at school. I'm really flexible, and usually make friends quickly with whoever I'm living with. I'm comfortable with pets. I really like to cook, especially for other people, and I even like cleaning. I don't really drink or party. I'd prefer someone who likes to split the cost of groceries instead of labelling all the food, but I understand when a person doesn't agree with that. We have to split rent cost evenly. 

My Italian is almost non-existant, but I speak Spanish and some French and Hebrew. 

Preferably non-smokers, but if you do, keep it to the balcony.
