22 y.o. illustration student looking for accommodation in Florence

Hi! I'm a 22 moving from Portugal (Lisbon) to Florence to study Digital Illustration and Concept Art in Scuola Internazionale di Comics. I'm looking forward to meeting new people, either from Italy or from other countries. I love art, literature (especially sci-fi and fantasy) and long interesting talks. I speak Portuguese, English, and Italian, so I would prefer to live with someone who speaks at least one of those languages :)

I'd like to live with out going people in a nice environment where everyone tries their best to be tidy and nice at home. I'm fine with having people over and I'd like everyone to feel welcome in my home, but I'm not really into big parties and crowds. 
I don't really care if I live with guys or girls, young or old, as long as everyone is respectful.
