21 year old male looking for accomodation in florence, italy

im a half Mexican half Belgian interior and product design alumni starting to study in accademia italiana (florence campus). I speak fluent Spanish and English also a little French. 

i am looking forward to stay in a single room shared apartment with anyone who speaks either of my languages despite their race or gender. i am a very tidy person that just wants to make friends so i can explore florence with them. i do not mind people who smoke or have pets even though i dont practise those habbits. i like to drink any sort of alcohol and do not posses any allergies. ive studied in an international school so my level of sociability is pretty good. 

im would prefer to stay in a room from the 1st of september that does not exceed the 500 euros (including spences) and that is not to far from palazzo pitti.
