2018 masters student looking for a room near Polimoda - Florence

My name is Ivana, I’m from Canada, and I will be starting a masters at Polimoda in June 2018.
I am looking for a single room, from mid-May, at a walking distance from Polimoda (big plus if private bathroom!) to rent long-term (9 months +).
My budget is around 400 eur per month, including utilities.
About myself: I am open-minded, very clean, organized and love watching TV shows. I am a fashion designer, also into photography and art history. I love dogs, and I am allergic to cats. In Florence, I imagine that I will be mostly out explorting the city, then mostly in my room studying. I also love to cook and bake.
