20 year old Zimbabwean girl, looking for accommodation in Florence

Myself

My name is Vanessa is am 19 years old soon to be 2018 this October. I am a fashion Design student. I have a strong Christian background because of my family and nation. Is absolutely love to create and is love people. Is am a very interactive person. I am the first born with two younger siblings aged 10 and 8. Is spend a lot of time sewing, drawing and with people. I’m very energetic, fun-loving, hardworking and super-African!

Type of Accommodation

I am looking for accommodation that allows me to cook for myself because it is part of my culture. I would prefer my own room because I would need to sew (possibly into the night) and is like to work with music in the back ground usually. A room with an en suite bathroom would be great for independence. An environment conducive for study and doing my practical work is really important.

Type of Roommates

I would prefer living in an apartment with a group of other young international students (First and Second year students maybe). However, living with Italians would be great exposure as well. It would be good if the place has people who can speak English as well so we can communicate. 

Location

In terms of location, is would prefer as close to school as possible.

The idea of a cycling distance from home to school is extremely appealing for both fitness and convenience. If not, and I can commute by train or bus to school within a 40 minute time radius of Polimoda that would be great.
