20 year old mexican girl looking for accommodation in Florence (and an awesome flatmate)

I'm a mexican girl looking for a roommate who is easygoing. I'll be taking a 3 year course that starts in January 2017, so I would love to be with somone who stays that long. My ideal would be a flat in the Centro Storico or nearby. I speak spanish, english and italian.
Currently I live in Mexico City, but I will be moving to Italy to start my degree in Interior Design at the Florence Design Academy. I'm looking for a nice single room, happy to share the bathroom and living areas.
I'm open to the idea of renting a flat, apparently that seems much easier than find a room!
