20 year old guy, looking for accommodation in florence.

20 year old guy, of Italian and Lebanese origins. Plan on moving to florence for a three year political science program. I speak perfect Italian, English, and Arabic. Great cook. Very organized and super considerate. I expect my roommate to be clean, well-organized, not short tempered, respectful and mature. I am very open, yet tranquil. Love almost everything out there. As a roommate of mine, you can rest assured that you will walk home to a very clean place with nothing left behind. This seemingly cold-nature of mine does not make me anyhow less warm, welcoming and open as a person. Partying, going out, and ultimately having fun are all things I yearn for.
