20 year old girl searching for a roomate

I found an appartment on the very center of Florence, about 2min from "la piazza del duomo". I am searching for a female flatmate, clean, respectful and quite. The price of the appartment is 750 euros without charges (about 900 with), it is a peacefull place about 65 m². The bedrooms are appart, we'll have to share the bathroom, the kitchen and the living-room. The appartment is completely furnished, you have a dressing to put your stuff. I'm staying in Florence for at least 3 years and a half, I wish my flatmate would stay at least 6 months or more. I am studying design.
