20 and 24 years old art students looking for accommodation in Florence from September till June

Siamo noi Nik Anikis Skušek e ragazza Neža Pompe. Se ti ricordo, abbiamo parlato un giorno fa. Alora perche non parlo cosi bene Italiano ho decisio a scriverti in Inglese :P 
SOOOO :D we are two young Slovenians, Lady is 20 and i monsieur 24 :) 
We are both figurative painters ( studying on Florence Academy of Art and Angel Academy of Art) and we are searching for an apartment from middle September till end of June.  We are non smokers, we respect others, we're open, communicative and most of the time happy (this includes good cooking and a lot of laughter). We are searching for an apartment to share with other cool students (who clean after themselves and bring you breakfast in bed)

Apartment should have:

fast, good and happy internetkitchen with big fridge clean bathroom(please no cockroaches)we would like to have our own rooms, but we would also except double room (two single beds) if an apartment is brilliant.
safe place to hide a bike :)

If possible with balcony and/or garden (we would like to have our own salad or rucola:D

with expences included under 300 eur/month
