Generally, what is University of Applied Sciences - bfi Vienna like?

As it is sad in the name of the University, It is very applied.

Since I am in the end of of my first semester, I can say that I am very happy that I decided to be a UAS student.

Lectures are very professionally made with concept of containing a lot of group work, case studies and homework. Participation is very important and being active in class gives you another perspective to look at course material.

University is very international. It means that there are a lot of people from all over the world and as they are your colleagues, you learn a lot of from each different country, culture and business practices.

I will recommend definitely UAS to all who likes this type of study, being involved all the time, active and having exams all the time through learning process.

What are the facilities like?

There are two facilites of UAS Vienna. the one is in the 2nd district as a headquarter of University and another one is in 3rd district of Vienna.

Facilities are very modern with high tech equipment in the classrooms.

What are the tutors like?

Very professional and experienced, willing to help any time!

Are the lessons easy in University of Applied Sciences - bfi Vienna?

If you are able to concentrate all the time, participate in all lectures and be active, yes you can easy pass the exams. but at the and the final exam its not the point of it, it is the whole learning process.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

Yes they organize activities, depends of department of the University,

I can say that they are not so active about activities because student are not so involved in whole process.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

Yes, the teaching is on respectful level.
