2 student-girls (21 years old) are looking for accommodation in Faro

We are 2 student-girls from Austria and are looking for a nice accomodation near the University of Algarve. We'll come at the end of August and stay until the end of December. A balcony, terrace or garden would be nice but isn't compulsory for us. The appartment should be clean and should have at least two single-rooms but it's better if there are even more rooms for nice people in this appartment ;)
A heating for the cold nights would be amazing!
