What is it like to live in Famagusta? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
The city very Quiet and Safe, its look like a small earth, you can find several cultures from different places in the world.
There is unmentioned number of crimes, so the police there just work as Traffic Police.
Famagusta city is very small, you need one hour to cross it by foot.
What is the student lifestyle like in Famagusta?
The student in Famagusta are more than the people, and they depend on student to live, so they somehow friendly.
The university there close to the sea, and there is special beach for University. Also most of the beach there are opened for public freely so there is no need to pay and cent to swim.
How much does it cost to live in Famagusta?
It's different from one to others, normally you need 400$ monthly for live, in addition to 2500-3000$ annual accommodation, you can find more and less price according to the quality
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Famagusta? Is there any advice you can give?
No its not, but on September the price will be higher than other times (the students start coming on September) also the choices become less in September.
I advise the student to live out the University, you can get accommodation better than inside (despite the accommodation inside is good and high quality but you will not merge with the society if you stay in side.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
There is different type of dishes for normal, limited choices for vegetarian, most of the dishes there depend on meat, chicken and fish.
For me, usually I cook my food, so rarely I care for restaurant, the perfect restaurant in Famagusta is EKOR Delicious and Cheep, most of the dishes in Famagusta are available in EKOR
What places would you recommend visiting in Famagusta?
The beaches and the Old city

According to the person himself, for me I prefer to coke
Is the nightlife good in Famagusta? Where is good to go?
Nightlife in Famagusta are safe, most of restaurants Cafes, Bars work usually till 12:00 AM, in the weekend till 2:00 or 3:00 AM
There is some restaurant work 24 hours
What advice would you give future students heading to Famagusta?
Its Good to learn some Turkish words, the Turkish people are not familiar with non-Turkish languages, so even if you study in English there you need Turkish language to deal with people there
