Master's student (space) looking for cheap, reasonable room

I'm a 35-year-old student studying at Aalto for a master's degree in space science and engineering.

I'm quite quiet, but I do play the electric guitar a little (rock and metal). I am conscious of noise and try to accommodate everyone.

In the kitchen I like to be tidy and especially clean. I like cooking and I'm very happy to have a 'family' meal sometimes.

I will probably stay in the area for a whole year.
