27 year old single Male, post-graduate student, no pets, clean and tidy

I will be studying a doctoral degree at Aalto University from March 2020 and looking for a private room or a studio apartment for myself. I am a very nice and tidy person. I am not a party person, but sometimes I may have a guest. I am sensitive to noises especially when studying or sleeping. My wake up time is between 7-8 am and sleeping time is usually after 11 pm.
