Room available in Enschede!

Hey,

the last 9 months an erasmus student is living at our place in Roombeek, Enschede, but he is leaving back to Barcelona somewhere at the end of june. 

So there is the possibility that we will make the room available for another exchange student. It is a fully furnished room at the second floor of our house, with a shared bathroom next to it (shared with some guests who use the other room regularly).

The current student came here for about 5 months, but he managed to find an end-project for his studies here and stayed longer.

We have a dog, and like a quiet and clean house, so we prefer you fit in this profile ?. 

With the current student we made a deal food is included (we can discuss). We regularly eat together, but also  regularly eat seperate. We sometimes help eachother out, but most of the times, each of us live our sepreate lives.
