Looking for accommodation near city centre

The reason for this late searching that I am living in German but the transportation cost is quite high so I want to move to school for convenience. I am social and love airy place to live, I can cook so preparing a meal for roomate not a problem. I am looking for the cosy room with well furnished kitchen to live for long term in 2nd year. I would prefer living in private room for concerntration in studying
