Looking for a room in Enschede near Saxion

Hi there, Im looking for a room in Enschede near Saxion. The room should not be less than 12m square with a price range between 250 and 330 euros is possible. It doesnt matter too much weather its a house, or apartment or studio, as long as its a place for me to rest my head for the night. As for me, my name is Tin Hlupić, 23 years old and born in Namibia. Im calm, easy going, enjoy a night out once in a while and im not too loud either. I play beach volleyball often, enjoy cooking and travelling when I can. Im quite adaptable when it comes to other roommates although I would prefer chilled mates. Let me know if you might have a place for me, Saxion starts 28th of August and ill need a room well before then.
