23 YO guy, not smoking, without pets, looking for room in Enschede

I am an architecture student from Poland, and an artistic soul. I'm neither a party animal, nor a nerd who would lock up in their room for a whole day, just a normal, calm guy. I'm looking for a room in Enschede, possibly close both to city center and University of Twente. I'd like to share the flat with people who respect one another, and don't make problems out of nothing. The only thing I really need is a private room, I can share facilities such as toilet and kitchen.
