20 year old man, looking for acommodation around enschede

I am fluent in English, French, and Turkish. I lived in Vancouver, BC for a year all by myself. I consider myself as organized, very clean and tidy also strict with my personal space. Neighbours wouldn't be bothered by any noise or smell since I would be highly respectful to them. I am looking for a nice, high-medium class, safe neighbourhood that I wouldn't be bothered by any outsiders. The studio/appartment should be clean and not too full since I don't like crowdedness. I would appreciate the contact of the household regarding our payment procedure.
