19 year old girl, looking for accomodation in Emmen

In short:
When?:                ca. 25th of August 2018 - 31st of July 2019
Where?:               up to a 15min bike ride from the NHL-Stenden Campus in Emmen
What I need:        A room for my own, a kitchen, a bathroom

(Why exactly do I need to type 300 words..  I mean like... what do you write here?... what do people usually want to know before you think on moving in with them?... Guess I'll need to try:...)

Hi, I'm Amira, I'm from Munich (Germany); you may know this city in relation to the Oktoberfest.
I'm going to study IT at the NHL-Stenden University in Emmen. The courses start on 1st September 2018 so I'd need a room there by the end of August (like 25th or so).
I love making cakes and cooking, thus a proper kitchen with an oven and all the stuff is really important to me.
I'd be happy if my flat-mates where okay with occasionly having friends over, especially on the weekends and like drinking a little together. (not that I'd have any friends in Emmen yet... just in case it should occur in the far future xD)

Well what else... don't know hope these are 300 words.., if you read that yes it were... congrats mate you read the most boring text in the whole universe right know :P
