18 year old couple looking for accommodation in Emmen 2021/2022

I'm Lotte and I'm looking for accommodation for me and my boyfriend for our international study at NHL Stenden.
My boyfriend will be coming over from Lithuania and I myself reside in Angelslo. Our primary needs are a place to sleep, shower and possibly cook. We will only be present before we go to school and after dinner times.
We would like to be situated in Emmen or the neighborhoods within 10 minutes of NHL Stenden.
Given we will only use water and electricity I expect the utilities to not be extravagant. I have a crockpot i use a bunch at home already.
