Malaysian student, looking for any accomadation in Eindhoven

Hey! My name is Bradley, I am 18 years old, and I will be studying Mechanical Engineering in TU/e from 2023. I can speak three languages: English, German and Cantonese. I am from Malaysia, specifically Kuala Lumpur and I am searching for any accomadation, as long as its fully furnished - prefably with a desk, and I dont mind roomates of any gender, but must not exceed the age of 21. I also would prefer if the accomadation has a dedicated parking place for bicycles, and is around a 7-8 kilometer radius from TU/e.
