Student looking for a room to rent or a flatmate

First-year MSc physiotherapy student.
Looking for a room to rent or seeking another flatmate to rent a two-bedroom flat, in a good location, preferably not too far away from the Meadows or Holyrood park as I enjoy the great outdoors and being active. Hobbies include: running, hiking, polar dips, and eating unhealthy amounts of ice cream. Huge Foodie and beer enthusiast.
Clean, organized, and mindful of others. Enjoy socializing but also respect my own and others' personal time and space.
Looking for other students who are serious about their studies but also enjoy unwinding on the weekends with a few drinks, good food, or some fresh air.
