French student looking for a room or flatmate

Hi,
I am a french biology student and will be following a DUETI animal conservation at University Sighthill.
Ideally I would be looking for a room near to the University or would consider renting a flat and then looking for a flatmate to split the rent and costs.
Any gender, I am social and have been travelling a lot, I am calm and take my studies serious.
Budget would be 550 £ a month for a room or double the budget if we share a flat.
I will be in Edinburgh August 29th looking for flats.
