Calton Hill es una colina que hay en medio de la ciudad donde se sitúa el observatorio de Edimburgo. Las vistas son espectaculares aunque luego subes a otra que hay al lado, llamada Arthur's Seat y cambias de opinión. Arriba del Calton también puedes ver un monumento a medio construir en plan panteón greco - romano.
