Looking for a female roomate during the second Semester of the next year, between January 2023 and May 2023

Hello!

We are two students from Madrid, Spain, and during the second semester of the next year, between January 2023 and May 2023, we are going to do an exchange at the University of Edinburgh. We study Economics, Business Analytics. We are 21 years old. 

We are looking for a female roommate to stay with us in a residence hall. We would like to stay at Meadow Court, but we also consider "The Bridge House" and "Haymarket ''. The rooms we have checked cost less than £ 200 per week, and all of them are very close to the University.

Since we are going to stay only for one Semester, in every residence hall we have tried to book a room they had not allowed us, because most of them only book rooms for a whole academic year. However, we could join a special tenancy agreement: a "tenancy takeover", which means that if 3 people stay in the rooms for the first semester, then we can stay in those rooms only for the second semester. There are three girls from our University that are going to study in Edinburgh only for the first semester, and we have already arranged with them all of this. Therefore, we only need one more roommate to join the tenancy takeover and book the room!
