Why did you choose to go to Edinburgh, United Kingdom?
I wanted to go to a British city, and then I looked for photos on internet of different cities, and I saw pictures of Edinburgh I took the decision.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
I started in September and I finished in May.
I got from the home university 300€, from the government 300€ monthly, 600€ from Bancaja (only once).
What is the student lifestyle like in Edinburgh?
The lifestyle that you choose, in Edinburgh you can go out for a party every night, there is always a good vibe.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Edinburgh to other students?
I recommend the city to everyone, to Erasmus students, to tourists... I fell in love with this city.
But I went to Napier University.
What is the food like?
Well... The food is not the best thing in Edinburgh... It is British food.
How much did your accommodation cost you in Edinburgh?
I used to live in a flatshare with foreign people. I paid 375 pounds + cost of water and electricity, however my bedroom was huge!
How much does it cost to live in Edinburgh?
It depends... If you prefer to live in a residence or in a flat and it depends on the type of flat or residence and alors on the location.
I used to live in Morningside, and it is a quiet zone with many services. I liked a lot the zone.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Yes, there are a lot of courses. I did one to do the FCE.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Edinburgh from your city?
By plane, with Ryanair.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Edinburgh?
I used to go to Spionange in Cowgate.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Edinburgh?
If you want to eat free... Go on Wednesday to Three Sisters in Cowgate.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?
There are a lot of museums, historical and art.
There are many monuments and all the city is cultural.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Edinburgh in the future?
