Why did you choose to go to Edinburgh, United Kingdom?

It's a really nice city in a beautiful country.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I received around 650€ a month (but it wasn't enough for all the expenses).

What is the student lifestyle like in Edinburgh?

Work hard, play harder.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Edinburgh to other students?

Yes, of course. The city is very nice. Besides, you can always find something to do and the university is really great thanks to the high level of teaching and EUSA (the students' association).

What is the food like?

There are a lot of pubs and restaurants. Besides, junk food is really good (burger and nachos in Teviot, at the University). You have to try haggis and fish and chips.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Edinburgh?

I am in an university accommodation but I know that it's hard to find a private accommodation, especially online (there's a lot of fake announces).

How much does it cost to live in Edinburgh?

Life here is really expensive.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes, it is. Moreover, there are classes to improve it available in the university.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Edinburgh from your city?

I am from France, so I went there with EasyJet.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Edinburgh?

You should go to the Hive, one of the worst clubs in Edinburgh, but where everyone goes after predrinks. You should go there at least one. Apart form that, You have a lot of choice for pubs and clubs, you will always find something.
