Why did you choose to go to Edinburgh, United Kingdom?

I wanted to discover a country where I have never been before and I have always been attracted by Scotland.

I also choose to go there to imrpove my English.

What is the student lifestyle like in Edinburgh?

The lifestyle is really nice, there's a lot of coffees, pubs and restaurants to go.

There's always something to do in Edinburgh and to visit.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Edinburgh to other students?

I definitively recommend Edinburgh for those who like medium cities.

It's a beautiful city, people are nice, wherever I go I've always been welcomed and it's easy to talk with people.

What is the food like?

The food is maybe not the best part.

It depends on the restaurant you go to, some of them are really nice and especially in Lothian road but the food in supermarkets isn't always good and it's quite expensive.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Edinburgh?

It took me a moment to find an accommodation.

The only advice I can give is to be prudent and when you are in contact with the owner always ask to talk to him via phone calls or skype and not only via mails to be sure it's not a scam.

How much does it cost to live in Edinburgh?

Life in Edinburgh is quite expensive and food is quite expensive too.

Otherwise, prices in pubs, restaurants are correct. It still depends where you go.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I can't say about the University because I'm doing an internship.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Edinburgh?

I recommend Bread Meats bread, Red squirrel, The Hanging bat and Wildwood.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

The Royal Botanic Garde, the castle, the Christmas market on Prince Street, the Old Town in Edinburgh.
