23 years old boy is looking for an accommodation near the Business School for 1 year (from sept 2015 to july 2016)

I am an italian boy who finished my undergraduate at Roma Tre University in October and will start a 1 year master in the Durham University Business School. I am currently doing an internship in Dublin in a Company that works in the field of real estate. I consider myself a serious and reserved person. I have lived alone even for long periods so I understand perfectly how much is annoying not tidying up and not cleaning the bathroom or the kitchen (I am always angry with people who don't do it!). I am in a relationship so I am not interested in organizing parties etc.

I am looking for a single room in an appartment if possible with a queen-size bed (it means a size between a single bed and a double bed) and if possible with my own bathroom. It should be near the Business School (around 1 or 1.5 km from there).
