21 year old Italian girl with a friend, looking for accommodation in Durham, England.

I'm looking for a property situated at a walking distance to Durham city centre or at least not too far to reach it with public transports. Preferably at the price of around 75£ pppw (with bills included - water, gas, electricity and internet), to share preferably with females roomates.

We are two erasmus students coming from Italy, and we're going to stay in Durham for 6 months and we'll be studying at Trevelyan College (from the very end of September till March).
