Livin' la vida Erasmus!

I am currently renting a room in a house in the viaduct area of durham. I am wanting to move back home due to family commitments and so i am looking for someone to take over my rental of the room.
The room would be available from december/janurary until july 2011 (but this can be extended until september if desired).
The rent is £99 per week, and includes the rent and all bills including internet, tv lisence, heating, water etc. as well as access to a maintaince team should anything go wrong e.g. a lightbulb needs replacing etc.
There are currently 2 female post grad students living in the house, they are both very nice, respectful and tidy,
The bedroom you would have is a good sized, downstairs bedroom and there is a living room with flat screen tv, kitchen with washer, cooker, fridge and freezer and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
The house is a 5 min walk into town, 15 mins to the science site or a 5 min bus journey on the free x1 bus.

Let me know if you are interested, if you were you would be taking over my current tennancy agreement with 'club easy' who are a very good provider of student houses. I am looking to move out over the christmas vacation so please email back if interested. [email protected]
