Unpaid Administrative Assistant Internship

We are a student exchange agency looking for a personable, self-motivated, and well-organized intern to provide administrative services.
Job would involve supporting all staffs, including general administrative tasks, as well as assist Accounting Manager with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
We are looking for someone with a love of administration and a creative sensibility to join our office and help us run things smoothly on a daily basis.
The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following; account paylable, account receivable, customer service and office administration.
On completion the intern will have attained skills in working as part of a team that would apply to any office situation, general administration, accounting and finance duties.
The position is part-time, flexible hours, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone
- Email Handling
- Account Paylable
- Account Receivable
- Cost Accounting
- Web research
- Additional administration duties as they may arise

Skills Requirements:
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office essential.) and very good english.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a small team.

Education Requirements:
Third Level - A Third Level Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or similar would be advantageous.
