In search of a roommate to find the ultimate call living situation in the heart of Dublin 6, Portobello, perhaps a little on the outskirts like Smithfield.
I am: a young professional planning to move to this great city at the beginning of February. Have lived in several countries and certainly am a very open-minded person.
Important concerns: I will be working from a dedicated desk from home for Long hours and the best fit would be someone studious and calm. Not to say there shouldn't be the occassional party and get-togethers. Age is not a selective criteria but say you're starting your studies and looking for party flatmate - this won't be a good fit
Key criteria for the apartment: a central location, not too crammed, that's bright.
Budget: around €1100 each
