Two students looking for 2 rooms in Dublin near DCU

Dear all,
a friend of mine (British, 22) and me (German, 26) are both students and looking for shared accommodation near DCU/. I will be an Erasmus student at DCU this coming semester.
Rental period from either August/September 2018 until 26 January 2019.
Student accommodation and host family are both fine for us.
700 € / month (a room/ including bills) - looking for one room each.
A small dog (a chihuahua, fully trained and quiet) would be coming with us. If needed we would pay extra deposit for him.
