Student friends 22 and 21 years old, looking for accomodation in Dublin

We live in México, we are friends from the university.
We expect to spend maximum about 400 by room for both, probably a little more can be possible.
We rather live nearest the D1 zone, but by a cheaper place could be a D2 zone.
