Postgraduate DCU student (Sep'19) looking for accomodation near the university

Will be starting at DCU in Sep'19. Looking for a peaceful accommodation near the university, within walking distance. A single-occupancy decent-sized room with a study table and storage space. I will cook my own food so a working kitchen is needed, along with washer-dryer system. Please suggest.
