mature postgraduate male student looking for non-shared room in Dublin

Hello, my name is Antonio. I am coming to Dublin in September to start my Masters ad UCD and I am looking for a nice non-partying flat.

I consider myself a mature and responsible student, sociable, independent and open. I am Italian but I graduated in Scotland, so I have years of experience in sharing flats in international environments as well as no problems in speaking English. I spend a lot of time in libraries or cafès pursuing my academic commitments. When I don't, I may be watching movies, going to the gym, going out for dinner or to some pub, out for walks or watching football.

I would arrive in Dublin on September 5th and stay for approximately one year (at least). Please contact me if you think I would be a suitable candidate. P.s: the closer the flat is to UCD the better
