Looking for studio

I am a researcher in TCD and I am looking for a studio for my own only (not share with anyone).
I go to university in the morning and back home at night.
My budget is around 850 if the studio is all bills included I could able to pay more
I am tidy, clean, non-smoking, no pet, no alcohol and responsible and very friendly.
I will move in August 2019 and looking for long term or short term accommodation.
