Looking for a double bedroom / couple studio

We are a french couple. We are both 22, easy-going, and non-smokers, also we
don’t have pets. We are very serious and calm.

Before to move in to Dublin, we lived at Nice, four years a raw in the same
apartment. To attest that we are a serious couple, we have a reference letter from
our former estate agency. 

We are clean, conscientious and manic, so your flat will always be in very good
condition with us. So you can trust us both financially and materially.
