31 year old, single, working professional looking for a studio in Dublin

Hi, I am single working female professional - currently working at Dublin airport.The property will be for me only. I will stay in Dublin long term and I need accommodation. I would like a studio with small kitchen and washing machine.  

I work Monday to Friday and in my spare time I practise yoga and go on walks around Dublin. 

The place were I currently rent is an extension in the back of a family home and they will bring granny to leave with them therefore they need the property. The landlord is happy to confirm my seriousity. Also, work references are available.
