3 French students looking for accomodation in Dublin

We are 3 French chemistry students (2 girls and 1 boy) and we will study at the UCD for one semester. We are looking for an accomodation not to far from the UCD (max 1hour in public transport). It would be great if all the charges (electricity, water...) are included in the price. We need a place with a kitchen that we can use and 3 beds or at least one double bed and one single bed.
